Going over my credit reports

I went over my equivalent report and there are a few debts on it that I truly can not recognize. So I will send a letter certified with return receipt asking for verification within 30 days. We will see what happens.

Introducing me and my intentions

In the beginning!

It has been over 20 years since I could walk into a department store and open up a line of credit. At that time I didn't know that much about credit. All I knew was that stores would give you a card with a lil $300 limit and you could pay it off at about $25 a month if you chose to.  If you didn't pay them they couldn't take you to jail for it, but little did I know, I would indeed pay for not taking these cards and my credit very seriously. 

At this point in my life I have never had a new car, although I have had a auto loan. And I've also never owned a home. These are two things that I would like to do. So I've decided to get my credit cleaned up and share my step by step journey in a fun and personal way. 

Most of my entries in this blog will be video entries. I hope I can help other people who are in my situation to buckle down and build their credit score up.
